Judithe Norberg Obituary
Judithe Marie Norberg (58) of Durand, WI passed away Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at Chippewa Valley Hospital in Durand. She was born May 15, 1957 in Milwaukee, WI; daughter of Don and Elaine (Krajnak) Notham. She grew up in Cudahy, WI and graduated from Cudahy High School. Following high school she worked for the Ladish Co. in Cudahy and then in collections at Gimbels Department Store in Milwaukee.
On July 28, 1990 she married Brian Norberg in Cudahy. They lived in Lapeer, MI until moving to Durand in 1996. Judi greatly enjoyed being a stay-at-home mom until her two children finished high school. Recently she started working at the Cobblestone Inn in Durand. Judi loved animals, nature, gardening, watching television series and movies; especially crime dramas, mysteries, and BBC; reading, learning new things, and just being at home spending time with her family and pets.
She is survived by her husband, Brian Norberg of Durand, WI; daughter, Clarissa Norberg of Minneapolis, MN; son, Nathan Norberg of Durand, WI; father, Donald Notham of Milwaukee, WI; four brothers, John (Annie Raghavan) Notham of San Diego, California; Ross (Sheri) Notham of Colgate; WI; Jame (Leigh) Notham of Cudahy, WI; Gary (Kris) Notham of Franklin, WI; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. She is also missed by her much-loved cats and dog; Sadie, Dusty, and Buck; and the many neighborhood squirrels and birds that she enjoyed providing food for. She is preceded in death by her mother, Elaine Notham.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, January 15, 2016 from 4:00-6:00 PM at Goodrich Funeral Home in Durand, WI; with a time for sharing memories at 5:30 PM.
