Terry Jo King

Terry Jo King, 65, of Plum City, WI died Monday, February 12, 2024. He was born May 26, 1958 in Durand, WI; son of Roger and Marlene (Heitman) King. He attended Arkansaw High School.

On May 27, 1978 he married Vicki Murray at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Pepin. To this union there are three children, Michaela, Brooke and Jake.  Terry and Vicki later divorced.

Terry started logging in 1973 and started King logging in 1975. Which he was still doing to this day.  Terry was very hard working. He loved to socialize, and was known for his one liners. Terry made friends everywhere he went. He enjoyed hunting, fishing but Terry's favorite thing was spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his children, Michaela (Jamey) Jahnke of Pepin, Brooke (Cole) Plahn of Knapp, Jake King of Plum City; five grandchildren, Gavin and Cooper Jahnke, Emmett, Reed and Olivia Plahn;  ex-wife, Vicki King; mother, Marlene King; brothers, Cole King, Brent (Chris) King, Kip King; sister, Rhonda (Mike) Larson.

He is preceded in death by his father, Roger King.

A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, March 2nd from 1 to 5 at the Twisted Sister in Ella.
