Loretta Jamison Obituary
Loretta B. Jamison (69) of Arkansaw, WI passed away peacefully on Friday, June 22, 2018 at her home with her husband and family by her side. She had bravely battled cancer since August of 2017. She was born May 29, 1949 to Wilbur and Louretta Pabst. Loretta was born to a big family with 5 half brothers and sisters and 12 full brothers and sisters. She graduated from Plum City High School in 1967. On December 7, 1968 she married Clifford Jamison Sr. They lived in a few different areas including Wabasha, Grange Hall and Ellsworth before settling down in Arkansaw. Together they had 5 children.
She loved taking care of young children and the elderly. Loretta worked at the Assisted Living of Durand for 3 ½ years. She enjoyed watching and feeding the birds outside, planting flowers around the yard, and just staying busy. Loretta loved cooking and most of all being with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Cliff Sr.; 3 children, Tabitha Jamison of Durand, Cliff Jr. of Durand and Deidra Jamison (Troy) of Arkansaw; 5 grandchildren, Dakotah Jamison (Cody) of Durand, Austin and Dayton Jamison of Durand, Deakin and Jamison Pearce of Arkansaw; 2 great-grandchildren, Dylan and of Brooklyn Hayden of Durand; 5 sisters, Rosanna, Kathy, Cherylanne, Barbara and Lauri; 2 brothers, William and Duane; half brother, Richard; 3 half sisters, Delores, Charlotte and Sally; many, many nieces, nephews and other family. She is preceded in death by her parents, Wilbur and Louretta; daughter, Lori; son, Aaron; 3 sisters, Diane, Mary and Donna; 2 brothers, Joseph and David; and half brother, Wilbur Jr.
Funeral services will be 11:00 am on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at Goodrich Funeral Home in Durand, WI with Pastor Dan Richardson officiating. Burial will be in the Nelson Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to services at the funeral home on Thursday.
