Timothy Fuller Obituary
Timothy Richard Fuller (58) of Pepin, WI died Monday, October 12, 2015 at his fiancé's home after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born January 25, 1957 in Durand, WI; son of Richard and Doris (Shultz) Fuller.
Tim graduated from Pepin High School in 1975. Following school he joined the U.S. Navy. After his discharge he returned to Pepin and started working for the Army Corps of Engineers. He married Ann Franzmeier and they had three children. Tim and Ann later divorced. After focusing on rearing his children, he met the love of his life, Cindy Boyer. He retired on March 31, 2015 from the Army Corps of Engineers after 30 years of service.
He enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, camping, cross country skiing, fishing and Sunday morning drives in the country with his dogs. Tim was a volunteer firefighter for over 20 years with the Pepin Fire Dept. A life-long Green Bay Packer fan, he was always faithful; win or lose and rarely missed a game. He loved to spend time with his fiancé', family and friends. He was especially enamored with his grandchildren and always lit up when they came to visit.
He is survived by his fiancé, Cindy Boyer of Pepin, WI; his children, Katie Fuller of Minneapolis, MN, Gradon (Jackie) Fuller of El Paso, TX and Richard Fuller of Atlanta, GA; two grandchildren, Ashtyn and Gavin; sister, Barbara Farthing of Pepin, WI; brother-in-law, Dick Richardson of Pepin, WI; nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great nieces, great-great nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Katherine Richardson; brother-in-law, Otha ‘Lucky' Farthing; nephew, Richard Farthing; and great-nephew, Aaron Olson.
Memorial services will be at 11:00 am on Monday, October 19, 2015 at the United Methodist Church in Pepin with Pastor Lisa Weaver officiating. Burial with Military rites will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Pepin. Friends may call one hour prior to services at the church. Goodrich Funeral Home in Durand is assisting the family.
