Obituary
James Dean Reeser, age 53, of Stockholm, WI passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 9, 2023. He was born November 15, 1969 in Waterloo, IA; son of Morris (Dean) and Jacqueline (Rice) Reeser. He was raised on a farm in Lund, WI and graduated from Pepin High School in 1988.
Jim was a member of the Operating Engineers Local #49 for over 25 years and spent most of his working life running an excavator. Outside of work he also farmed.
He loved spending his free time with family and friends and especially his yellow lab Maggie. Jim was also an avid outdoorsman that loved anything to do with hunting or fishing.
Jim is survived by his brother, Ben (Marcie) Reeser of Arkansaw; his niece, Jacqueline of River Falls; his nephew, Chase of Arkansaw; step- niece, Brittany Tomlinson of Onalaska; step-nephew, Cody Tomlinson of River Falls; his dog, Maggie; and his Aunt Jean (Kenny) Forry of Clarksville, IA; and many other cousins and close friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 1:30 pm - 8:00 pm on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at the Pepin Sportsman's Club in Pepin, WI
