Linda Jean (Overgard) Brantner

Linda Jean Brantner,73, of Waubeek Mound in Eau Galle passed away April 11, 2024. Linda was born on the 22nd of August in 1950 to Marvin and Gladys Overgard in Amery, Wisconsin. She was the 5th of their 6 daughters.

She is survived by her husband, Randy Brantner; 3 daughters of the Twin Cities, Alana (Paul) Henry, Megan Kittelson, Amanda (Chad Lahn) Smith; Stepson Ron (Kelly) Brantner; Grandchildren Nash Kittelson, Alexa (Leo Alas) Kittelson, Brady Henry and William Henry; Step-Granddaughter Harper Brantner. Great-Grandchildren Bennett and Adeya. She is also survived by her sisters Dee and LaVon as well as dear nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Linda was preceded in death by her first husband Frank Bunning of Durand; 3 sisters DiAnn, Shirley and Gail.

She was a dental assistant by profession. Among other things, she enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing, kayaking, bird watching, cooking, sewing, gardening, and had a knack for making a house feel like a home.

An open house Celebration of Life at the Orton Room in Durand (Corral Bar & Riverside Grill) will be held from 2PM - 5PM on Friday, May 17.
