Tom "Thomisa" Jolee Hudalla

Tom "Thomisa" J. Hudalla, 57, of Durand, WI., died Monday July 19th, 2021, at his home.

He was born September 24th, 1963, son of Marvin and Mary (Schmidt) Hudalla. Raised in Inver Grove Heights where he attended Simley High School. Following High School, Tom worked multiple jobs before starting a business with his best friend, Ray Gjerdahl, called Dur-T-Dog Designs. In 2007, Tom moved to Florida and worked for Clarity Diagnostics as a graphic designer and network support. In August of 2017, he moved to Durand, WI., and continued to work for Clarity and Dur-T-Dog Designs.

Tom enjoyed fishing, drawing, airbrush painting, being a techie, and going for motorcycle rides. He loved his animals Kana, Shoki, and Kitty.

He is survived by his son, Daniel (Korrina) Carty; parents Marvin and Mary (Schmidt) Hudalla; siblings, Anna (Mike) Thiel, Steve Hudalla, Curt (Ann) Hudalla, Tim (Tawni) Hudalla, and Charlene (Brian) Hudalla-Fischer; two grandchildren, Killian and Porter; and 13 nieces and nephews; his best friends Ray Gjerdahl and Ash Parikh and his family.

A celebration of life will be held on August 8th, at Peter Thompson Park, 6327 Highland Hills Ln S Cottage Grove, MN 55016 from 1 - 6 pm. Goodrich Funeral Home in Durand is assisting the family. To express online condolences, visit obituaries at www.goodrichfh.com
